The elevators leading from the station building to the south tunnel are out of service. Customers can access both platforms through the north tunnel using elevator access. Elevators in the York Concourse will undergo scheduled maintenance from July 28 to August 6.If you require elevator access to your platform, please allow extra travel time and speak with a Station Ambassador for assistance.If you are already onboard a train, please notify the Customer Service Ambassador (CSA), who will arrange assistance at Union Station.. July 28 - 29: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 12 and 13 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. July 30: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 4 and 5 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 10 and 11 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 10 and 11 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 6 and 7 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 6 and 7 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse.

The entrance from the Bay Concourse to the Scotiabank Galleria will be closed Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 due to construction.Please exit via the north pedestrian bridge or the outdoor route through the Bay South Teamway.
