The elevator connecting the tunnel to the north platform will be out of service from April 27 at 9:00 until April 28 at 11:00 for repairs and will not be accessible to customers requiring a step-free path. Customers must travel through Port Credit GO or Union Station. While this platform typically serves westbound trains, platform changes may also impact eastbound trains. Alternative travel options: For westbound travel to or from Exhibition GO, please use Union Station as an accessible alternative. Streetcar connection: - TTC #509 Harbourfront provides accessible service between Exhibition GO and Union Station. - TTC is a One Fare Program partner, meaning this streetcar ride is free for customers traveling with PRESTO and connecting to GO service. Elevators in the York Concourse will undergo scheduled maintenance from July 28 to August 6.If you require elevator access to your platform, please allow extra travel time and speak with a Station Ambassador for assistance.If you are already onboard a train, please notify the Customer Service Ambassador (CSA), who will arrange assistance at Union Station.. July 28 - 29: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 12 and 13 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. July 30: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 4 and 5 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 10 and 11 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 10 and 11 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 6 and 7 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 6 and 7 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse.

The entrance from the Bay Concourse to the Scotiabank Galleria will be closed Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 due to construction.Please exit via the north pedestrian bridge or the outdoor route through the Bay South Teamway.

The west pedestrian bridge elevator from Bay Street leading to platform 2 is out of service. Customers can access platform 2 using the station building pedestrian bridge elevator on the east side. Access to the waiting area and restrooms is open Monday – Friday, 5:20 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.After the main waiting area is closed:To exit from the station building to MacNab Street, please use the walkway doors adjacent to the platform 1 staircase.
