Elevator Maintenance Notice - York Concourse

Elevators in the York Concourse will undergo scheduled maintenance from July 28 to August 6.If you require elevator access to your platform, please allow extra travel time and speak with a Station Ambassador for assistance.If you are already onboard a train, please notify the Customer Service Ambassador (CSA), who will arrange assistance at Union Station.. July 28 - 29: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 12 and 13 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. July 30: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 4 and 5 will be out of service from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 10 and 11 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 10 and 11 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse. August 4 - 6: The elevator connecting the York concourse to platforms 6 and 7 will be out of service from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Platforms 6 and 7 remain accessible from the elevator in the Bay concourse.

The Elevator in Scotiabank Galleria is out of service

We have been advised that the elevator located in the Scotiabank Galleria is temporarily out of service. To navigate from the bus terminal to the train station, follow these steps: 1. Exit the doors to Lakeshore Boulevard. 2. Turn right, towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street. 3. Cross the street, to the northwest corner of Bay Street. 4. Turn right and walk north on Bay Street. 5. Scotiabank Galleria is located on the left, before entering the Bay West Teamway. To navigate from the train station to the bus terminal, follow these steps: 1. Exit the doors to Bay Street. 2. Turn right, proceed towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street. 3. Turn left and cross Bay Street, continuing straight on Lake Shore Boulevard. 4. Enter the bus terminal on the left.

Entrance to Scotiabank Galleria closed weeknights

The entrance from the Bay Concourse to the Scotiabank Galleria will be closed Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 due to construction.Please exit via the north pedestrian bridge or the outdoor route through the Bay South Teamway.

The elevator connecting the west tunnel to platforms 2 and 3 is out of service. Customers can use the elevator on the east end of platforms 2 and 3 connecting to the east tunnel. All platforms and the station building can be accessed using the east tunnel. While this platform typically serves eastbound trains, platform changes may also impact westbound trains.
