The elevator connecting the tunnel to platform 1 is out of service due to the platform not in use at this time. Customers can use elevators 1, 2 or 3 in the parking structure and the pedestrian overhead bridge to platform 2. The station remains accessible. Repairs have begun and are expected to continue until late fall 2026, to the walkway from the bus loop to Green Lane East, by the railway crossing. You can access the bus loop from the main entrance or the rail platform. This schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow yourself extra time to access the loop. Updates will be provided when available.

Starting late on Friday, Oct. 2 until the end of service on Sunday, Oct. 4, a power shut down is scheduled at Aurora GO. This is to continue the installation of a new back up generator and complete electrical upgrades for the station. Here’s what you need to know:-The parking garage and northeast parking lot, next to the parking garage, will be closed during the shutdown.-Vehicles must be removed from the parking garage and the northeast parking lot before 23:00 on Oct. 2.-Vehicles left in these areas when work begins, will be relocated to another area of the parking lot. -No additional parking will be available at 9 Scanlon Court. -No waiting area or public washrooms will be available. -Ticket vending and PRESTO loading machines will be unavailable. Reload your PRESTO card online or purchase an e-ticket before arriving at the station. Learn more about the different ways to pay. -Digital signage and announcements will not be available; GO staff will be onsite to provide wayfinding and trip planning information.-Additionally, service will be adjusted on the Barrie line Oct. 3- 4, with some service affected the week following. Learn more about these service adjustments. -Follow all directional signage and use caution when moving around construction areas. -This work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions.
